class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>PARTICIPANTS:<\/strong><br>38 healthy adults aged 18 to 60.<\/p><p><strong>STUDY DESIGN:<\/strong><br>Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled &#8211; the &#8220;gold standard&#8221; in scientific research where neither participants nor medical personnel know who is receiving the treatment and who is receiving the placebo.<\/p><p><strong>TREATMENT:<\/strong><br>The treatment phase consisted of drinking 1.5 liters of A\u01f9alemma water or placebo for 60 consecutive days.<\/p><p><strong>RESULTS:<\/strong><br>The study found that consuming Analemma water significantly increased blood ATP levels in adults, by an average of 20% compared to the placebo group.<\/p><p>SAFETY:<br>Extensive physical and biochemical
