Lorsque cet environnement change, cela peut se traduire par un l\u00e9ger d\u00e9calage dans le signal de mesure. La spectroscopie FT-IR, quant \u00e0 elle, \u00e9tudie la mani\u00e8re dont l&rsquo;eau absorbe la lumi\u00e8re infrarouge. Le signal de l&rsquo;Analemma Water a \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9 \u00e0 4,268 ppm, tandis que celui de l&rsquo;eau t\u00e9moin a \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9 \u00e0 4,217 ppm. Cette diff\u00e9rence indique une modification de l&rsquo;environnement mol\u00e9culaire local des protons de l&rsquo;eau.  <\/p><p>La largeur de raie observ\u00e9e lors de la mesure par RMN pr\u00e9sentait \u00e9galement des diff\u00e9rences.
